He responded to my initial inquiry quickly, scheduled my appointment right away, and completed the installation of the new head unit in my Toyota Highlander efficiently and professionally. What really impressed me was how much time he took to help me choose the right unit for my needs instead of just trying to sell me something. After the installation, he patiently walked me through all of the features, made sure everything was set up correctly, and verified that everything was working perfectly before I left. July 9th, 2026 - I'm very pleased with the service-oriented nature of this business. I stopped in today for a price quote and received a favorable fully installed offer. There was an opening in the schedule, and my installation took place immediately. The owner offered to drop me at my home and then pick me back up so that I would not have to wait in the shop while the install was performed. A few hours passed and I received a phone call telling me that the installation was done and that the owner was on the way to pick me up. Once back at the shop, ample time was taken to make sure I understood the various features of the radio and how to operate them. The installation was professionally done and very neat. I am very satisfied with both the price and workmanship.

Outstanding place. Kevin did great work removing and re-installing my radio after it was sent out for a rebuild since I couldn't get the part from Ford. Super professional and really knows the job. Prices are within reason and I honestly don't think there is anyplace else I would have gotten the quality service he provided. Highly recommend!

I’ve been dying to get carplay set up in my 2012 toyota camry but thought it would be too much of a hassle, expensive, and confusing. I am happy to say that was absolutely not the case here, Kevin was super nice and very helpful with any and every question i had. Very reasonable pricing for everything i requested and the set up looks perfect! All my steering wheel buttons + back up camera were able to be set up too so absolutely no complaints!

Kevin is an all around good guy to do business with. He is knowledgeable and professional, but down to earth, outspoken and friendly. He will only sell you what you need to get you up and running or anything premium that makes your audio more enjoyable. I came in as he was finishing up his business with another install. He was done for the day but went the extra mile to get my half installed stereo working. Wired in a resister harness to get my alpine radio Bluetooth functioning properly and rerouted a jump wire to my fuse box to ensure my radio turned on and off with the key. Sent me down the road with a working radio, Bluetooth and all, for an extremely fair price. It looks so clean!! I will honestly return to Kevin for all my car electronic install needs. If you are needing a radio install, back up camera, speakers, amp, subwoofers or anything car electronic related, Kevin is definitely your guy and will leave you happy knowing you chose the right person for the job!! Leave the headache aside, pick up the phone and call On The Go Audio!
